We automated key processes like booking notifications, waiver signings, and weather alerts, significantly reducing manual tasks and allowing the team to focus on customer experience. A notable milestone was our collaboration with Four Seasons San Francisco, where we developed bespoke brochure ads and custom booking flows for hotel guests. This strategic partnership, along with a strong presence on Trip Advisor/Viator, propelled San Francisco eFoil to the top of its category.
